Hi,
I've integrated JIRA with Slack and we're receiving three notifications when a ticket is created.
Tickets have two labels (one notification per label) + an automation for an specific ID (another notification). In total we receive three. Is there a way of avoiding two of them or at least one? or that the label updated is just one for two labels?

Do you know which integration you are using to receive these notifications?
Jira Server for Slack? Jira Cloud for Slack? Automation for Jira? Or some combination of each?
I believe is a combination of Jira Cloud + Automation for Jira. I attach image below.
