Slack to Jira - Create a ticket workflow

Hello, 

Im having an issue with passing a form's information from Slack to Jira. 

i used the option of creating a form manually to open a ticket in Jira: 

The reason I chose that option is that I wanted to collect information for a "Select List (multiple choices)" field in Jira, but to limit the options available for those who use the workflow. 

The issue I'm having is that Jira is expecting an array when passing the information for this specific field. So my workflow fails with this error. 

Does anyone know how to pass the information as an array to Jira?

What is the field type in Slack Workflow that you're connecting to the JIRA Select List?

Ah I meant on the Slack Workflow side.

For my case, it was faster to work with Slack support team to find the proper mapping of Slack fields to Jira fields as the errors are mostly on the side of Slack workflow rather than Jira's.
