Hi all,
I created a workflow in Slack that uses Jira to create an issue. The workflow works for me without problems, but when others try, they get the error below. The people who have tried have Jira accounts and Jira installed in Slack. Based on the message "don't have access to Jira Cloud item in this workflow," I think that one of the items (fields) we have via the workflow, which map to Jira, might be the issue. I'm guessing, and I'm not sure which item is causing the error.

Hello, Good day. Slack workflow and Jira cloud integration is owned by slack support team. Please check with slack support team. Or you can use the slack app available builtin on the Jira cloud. Thanks!
Thank you for letting me know.
