Slim cards?

I need cards with less height. Currently the cards are four lines high and taking up too much space. I need to fit more of them on the screen without having to scroll, just one or maybe two lines. Possible?

While this capability does not currently exist, there is a suggestion to add this functionality to the product.

Considering the Atlassian answer to the question is already 6 years old, I wonder whether it is now possible to hide (not delete) keys, in both projects and epics names.
