Slow automation

I created automation in my JIRA project, but the trigger and action is very slow. Please advise on the next steps to make my automation much quicker.

There was an incident that degraded performance of Automation Rules. It has been resolved, but if your Automation Rule was created before the incident was resolved you may still be impacted.

If the incident does not seem to be the cause of your performance issue please provide more information.

1. Provide a screen image that shows the entire rule.

2. Provide details about how you determined the rule is "slow". What timing information are you referencing?
