Smart Templates data migration from server to cloud

Please assist or supply a method on migrating Data from Server to Cloud. The App currently does not support this and users should contact the vendor for assistance :)

 Yes, data can be migrated from Server to Cloud. However, since your Server instance currently uses the Smart Templates app, one thing to keep in mind during migration is the handling of plugin field data. There have been cases where certain plugins were not compatible with Cloud.

In such cases, consider how you want to capture or handle that data post-migration. It's best to check with the plugin vendor to confirm Cloud compatibility and review any migration guides they provide.

If you're dealing with complex Jira migrations—including issue types, versions, sprints, and worklogs—it’s important to ensure nothing gets left behind. For cases involving apps like Smart Templates, it helps to use a solution that can preserve field data and workflows accurately during the transition. Welcome to the Atlassian community.

This is a user community, not the contact channel for third party app support.

You will need to find the app in the Atlassian Marketplace and reference the Support tab in that listing to get the contact information for the vendor.

There should also be a link for that available in the Manage Apps entry for that app on your Jira Server.

I am not seeing an app named "Smart Templates" available for Jira Server in the Marketplace, so I am not able to provide a copy of the link to you.
