Smartsheet workflows are not working after integrating the connector

Hi

We moved the JIRA application from one server to another. It was a clone, so all data everything is intact, and overall it seem to be working fine, but we are still testing few other plugins and integrations.

One of the integrations we have is with JIRA Smartsheet Connector. We see the integration is connected on both JIRA and Smartsheet side, but we are still not able to run the workflows in the Connector. It shows the following message:

"Resetting the notifications failed. Please contact your JIRA System Administrator and let them know that notifications from Webhooks are no longer working so that they can investigate."

Can you please let us know how to fix the issue? Thanks!
