Software Releases start date are 1 day ahead of on-prem instance after migration

I just used JCMA to migrate 3 projects from on-prem to Cloud instance.  I have noticed, and UAT testers as well noticed, that the Start Date and Release Date values for Releases are 1 day ahead compared to the on-prem instance. 

Example:   

Instance Type            Release                  Start Date            Release Date

On-Prem                     6.0                          23/May/16             29/May/17

Cloud                          6.0                           May 24, 2016       May 30, 2017

Yes, I know the date format is different, however, the difference in actual day should not account for this.  

I have verified my personal profile's timezone settings are the same in both instances.
