Hi,
We have an account that we've had for many years. Tonight we wanted to purchase some additional add-ons, but are unable to log into the account. Every time we try to log into the account, we are redirected to Google's SSO -- even though we did NOT use the "log in with Google" button. As this is not a Google account, we are effectively locked out.
Please help!

We figured this out -- SSO had been enabled on a test Cloud instance (we use Server).
