Some Users Can't Update Hill Chart

We're using the Hill Chart application from the marketplace, but we some users that can't update the chart. This presents like a permissions problem, but the documentation doesn't say anything about the app needing certain permissions to update.

Hey Brad,

While some vendors monitor Community for questions about their apps, I'd recommend using the support details listed on the marketplace page at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224725/hill-charts?tab=support&hosting=cloud to contact them directly.
