I'm running into an issue where some issues are created, I'm getting the emails saying they're created, they show up with an Issue Search, but for whatever reason they're not populating on my boards.

I've already checked the Columns section to make sure they aren't any unmapped statuses, and checked to make sure they're in the correct status.

Here's what I'm seeing:

currently there are 31 issues showing on my backlog page - 31 Backlog and 5 Selected for Development.DT issue 1.jpg

However, when I do an Issue search, there are 33 meeting that criteria. The 2 missing tickets are highlighted below. All tickets are Stories, if that matters. Not sure what's happening but its now happened twice within the past 2 weeks. DT issue 2.jpg

Hi @Nick Bertuccelli ,

Can you go to the Board's settings > General? Specifically, check the filter used for the board, and also the "Kanban board sub-filter". Then go to issue search, copy the filter used for the board and add the filter in "Kanban board sub-filter" to do a search. Check if the missing issues are shown in the search result. Most of the times this happens because of "Kanban board sub-filter".
