Some of my users are unable to move thier Issue cards on the Kanban board.

My general users who are assigned and as an individual on the Kanban Board Permission schemes are not able to move their issues cards from one column to another.

Hi, 

in your workflow, some transition can have conditions (for example "Transition available if user have role Developer")

Also, in your permission scheme, some role can have not permission Transition issue
