I'm not filtering anything out of my boards (that I know of) and I have a "done" column with many done tasks being reflected, but a select few seem to be disappearing.
I'm not sure if after X amount of time the issues just get erased or what? But I'd like to be able to see all DONE tasks because we often need to look back at completed tasks to check past info etc.
are you using Next-gen project? Done issues are aged off of NG projects by default after 14d last i checked. If you are on a classic project and have created a Kanban board please share a screenshot of your board settings > general. Be sure to include any sub-filter at the bottom. If the board you speak of is the default board for say a business project then I think those age off by default as well.
Ohhh no wonder, I am using Next-Gen. Is there a way to change the settings so tasks aren't aged off?

If I were to switch all projects to classic then, what would my settings have to indicate so completed tasks don't disappear?

Just make sure the board filter includes thee issues you want to see and the status is in the right column on the board.

another question regarding next gen - is it possible to search and find aged out tasks? I've been able to find a few but not all so I'm not sure what may be happening there.
