Some users from LDAP showing inactive in Jira

We have integrated Jira with LDAP but some users from directory showing inactive in Jira. I checked DB table over there it was inactive. so I forcefully executed update query to change active from 0 to 1. 

It worked for few hours and again it was showing inactive.

 

Could you please guide me on the same.
