Someone in my team has accessibility needs

Hi there, I want to use Jira to manage the different sprints for this project that I'm a part of though one of my teammates is visually impaired. What extension or what can I do to help my teammate to make Jira more accessible for them. I was looking at getting a license for unstoppable for Jira, though that is not available anymore.
