Hi, I try to access https://axamandiri.atlassian.net/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa and i got notification "Something's gone wrong". I access this URL from an email invitation from my collage in the same project.

I am experiencing the same this morning - I had a look at the https://status.atlassian.com/ page and all are Operational. But on few refreshes and some collegues doing the same doesn't resolve this.
Please advise where the issue is and how to better monitor this for our org?

Hi @Ste Wright - OK thanks. I posted here as well as it seemed related and one of our users experienced it like this. Even though he has been using Jira (no changes in permissions) for about the past month. Thanks again for the swift replies.

This could be a range of issues - but likely, it's permissions based or user-access based - or both!
You aren't logged in based on this screenshot (see the right arrow in the bottom-left of the image) - do you have a user licence for this Jira instance? Try logging in then viewing the link again!
If you can't login, I'd check with your colleague or your Jira Admin team.
