We have an issue with one account on our team. When she logged in(on Chrome not the app, but the same issues is happening with the app), she has error *Something went wrong* Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, contact Atlassian support.
Something else you can check is if the user has a licence for Jira. Just because a user has an account does not provide them product access.
To check this you'll need to be a Jira Admin and then:

You can also access user management from Jira - go to Jira Settings > User Management.

Tell the user to clean browser cache and history (All the time) hope it will resolve the issue. If the issue still persists submit the ticket with Atlassian support.
