Hi Team,
We have Zendesk Support for JIRA add-on integrated in our jira instance. When a ticket is created in Jira it also goes to Zendesk as well .
But, sometime we can see ticket is created in Jira but not in Zendesk. Any reason behind this?
Please suggest your views for this.

Yes I agree when integrated you should see the same tickets in both applications?
It could be a bug with the application.
There isn't much you can do from your end since you have Jira Cloud.
