Sometimes a users permissions get changed within JIRA

Hello,

Sometimes a users permissions get lost somehow within JIRA. This prevents them from creating or commenting on issues. It seems to happen pretty randomly and has happened 3 times so far. Doing a resync within JIRA to our Crowd instances fixes the issue but we'd prefer to not have to resync everytime someone randomly loses their permissions.

Any ideas on what would cause this?

Hi, are there any errors in the logs? From what you described in appears like it can't connect to Crowd or has lost connection at regular syncs.
