I send an email Support@example.com from my email account (james@example.com) it gets processed by email handler and creates a ticket.
My boss sends an email to Support@example.com and it gets ignored and the log is spammed with

every minute. When I log into the email account his email is just sitting there getting ignored. Mine disappears 30secs after it arrives (it gets processed fine)
We both have jira software access. And it was working fine for him for the past 5 years. And it stopped working today or some time last week. And nothing has been changed since. It worked for him fine early last week. Jira has not been upgraded or had configuration changed since.

What information do you need to fix this?
We have also rebooted the server and still the issue persists
Just encountered this issue today on Jira 8.13.4. I wonder how you managed to solve this issue.
