Sort by Project Role/Assignee

I'm looking to run a report that will sort all the issues by Assignee in Project Role.  The report will have three different project roles in it, but I want to sort by alphabetical order within each project role.  I've tried a JQL "Order By Assignee in membersOfProjectRole() but get an error message that says "not able to sort using field "assignee in membersOfProjectRoel().

I have Automation for Jira, which I was planning on using to email the report, but I can't seem to figure out if there is a way to have three different JQL searches run on a schedule & have the issues listed in one email.
