Source tab missing after restart

Restarted JIRA server and the "Source" tab is no longer there. We still show "Commits" under "Development" and I do not see any obvious errors in JIRA or fisheye and both are running. clicking on "commits" inside of JIRA takes you to fisheye without any issues. Any ideas why the "Source" tab is suddenly missing?

Check your log file for errors relating to talking t remote systems.

Check if your JIRA Application Links are still working. You can install "Application Links Diagnostics Plugin" which can aide with your investigation on this one.S

Nothing was changed before/after the restart.
