Special Characters in Description

Hi,

When i put a special characters like "/" or "\" on the description of an issue, the automated notification doesn't work.

What can i do? I need to be able to write special characters and send an email after.

@Andreia CoutoI don't see any problem with  adding   special  character  in  description,  first of all ,  how   did you configured your automated notification ?

In the workflow i have a post-function sending an email.
So, when I create an issue and put some special characters in the description, the email is not sent
