My organization tracks sprint committed vs. completed as a metric across all of our teams and has specific goals tied to this metric. Does anybody have any best practices for board configurations, automation, etc. to support Canceled tickets being excluded from completed metrics?
The teams find it helpful to include 'Canceled' as one of the statuses in the final column of the board in order to drag and drop stories to quickly cancel them. The challenge with this is that these stories are then counted as completed items that impact team say/do ratio.
