My team has logged all the working hours(1400hrs) in a single day but while logging the hours they have selected 25 different dates. For each day they have logged 8hrs to 10hrs.

But in the JIRA 'Sprint Burndown Gadget', the remaining hours timeline (In RED colour) is taking a sharp dive and not showing the date wise time logging.

My question is, does JIRA accept the dates selected while logging time or does JIRA consider the logging time only irrespective of what date has been selected.

Hi @Praveen.Srivastava

Your burndown only shows about 400 hours, not 1400, but that's irrelevant to the question.

Time can't be booked in advance, or in arrears. You really shouldn't be booking time in advance anyway, how do you know how much time you're going to spend on a project next week? What happens if you're suddenly ill?
