Sprint Field value is locked for a story and cannot be removed

Hi guys,

I have completed "sprint 5" and moved all remaining issues to a "sprint 6". Some of the issues now have both sprint values.

The problem is that the "sprint 5" value is locked and cannot be removed. The sprint is already closed.

I have tried bulk change and only the new value is removed. No matter what I do I cannot remove the value for the completed sprint.

Any ideas?

Please Re-open completed sprint then try bulk change.

Hi Ramesh,

At the moment I cannot reopen the old sprint as it will mess up the issues that we have already moved to the new sprint. We have deleted/created new stories for those that had the problem.

Now it makes sense that a reopened sprint will allow you to change that value.
