Our team is looking to capture some Sprint Statistics such as velocity with a custom filtered sprint board, most productive developer, overall sprint productivity, etc.
What are some recommended Atlassian best practices or Atlassian market tools in order to track/capture such stats and more?
What are others using to help track Sprints?
Your question seems to indicate an interest in measures while using the Scrum Framework. I recommend you consider reviewing Atlassian's blog information on Scrum, read The Scrum Guide from scrum.org, and then discuss with the team how they work and what measures would help. For example, what does "productive" mean and why do they care about it?

At least one of the things you noted, "most productive developer", would seem to incentivize individuals performance over team behavior to better help deliver customer value. Please consider what outcomes and behaviors the team strives toward, what better would look like, and how to measure "better".
Thanks, and best regards,
Bill
