No. There really isn’t real estate available for that.
Hi @Anuradha Yadav welcome to the Atlassian Community forum. I wish you are staying safe and healthy.
I understand from your query, that you would like to have a means or option to see the comments in the Sprint board, so that in the single glance you can view issue types statuses along with the workflows.
Their is already a similar conversation going on with the Atlassian team, here's the service request link: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-12220
As @Jack Brickey mentioned, at this moment you can't configure the cards to view the comments. But let's wish to see the JSWSERVER-12220 resolution with the comments addition.

this post is about Cloud so JSWSERVER-12220 doesn't apply and given Server EOS I'm pretty confident that issue, along with any other suggestions will not be developed. I guess there is always a chance that it get's implemented in DC. Unclear what Atlassian will do w/ JAC Server issues at this point. I hope they take the time to clean it out and move any to DC that would still be considered there. Personally, I can't see how comments on cards would make sense. It would have to be restricted to last comment and also have a '...' or 'more...' to ultimately open the card to view the rest. Of course that statement reflects the color of the sky in my world. ;-)

Yes @Jack Brickey the inclusion of comments on the cards is subjected to discussions, ideas and ask from management. End of the day, management tries to get a high level view from the single place and display of "last comment" or so would be ideal to have. So, I vote for an option to show the comments in the cards in the Sprint board.
