Sprint report categories.

 Hi All,

 In the Sprint Report, there are categories, such as "Issues completed outside of this sprint" and "Issues Removed From Sprint".

 I want to create a custom report (based on an SQL query) showing the number of issues in these categories in past sprints.

 I would appreciate any pointers, as to how to retrieve this information from the database.
