Sprint report is missing issues under Issue 'Removed from Sprint' section.

One of or teams closed a sprint recently and they have noticed not all data is being pulled on their Sprint Report.

For example, we had a story in the sprint since it began, but it had to be moved out and in to the backlog. This story is not showing up in the list of stories that were part of the sprint start and it is not showing as being removed. We had another story with a similar situation, but this one is showing up correctly. This issue is happening for several Stories.

They were removed while the Sprint was still Active.

How can we get all of the removed issues to display on the report?
