Is there a way to add a Teams filter in any of the sprint reporting in Jira? We have some projects that have 2 or more teams in the project and would like to look at burn down, velocity etc by team without creating new projects.
Hi @Katherine Lord,
You could use parallel sprints; each team with its own sprint.
For tracking the project at both the global level and the team level, your best option would be our Great Gadgets app. See this article on our blog: How to track multi-team or scaled-agile projects (such as SAFe®) in Jira with Great Gadgets app.
As you can see, with this app you can have release burndown, sprint burndown, velocity chart, etc at release overall and individual team levels.
I hope this helps.

Danut Manda
Hey @Katherine Lord - if you are open to working with a 3rd party we can help with this at minware.
We have a lot of different metrics depending on what you are specifically after -- below I have included our Value Stream report grouped by Sprint (other groupings available). I've highlighted in blue the different filters you can toggle to refine the data (note: Team filter):
Each grouping can be expanded to show the tasks, sub-tasks, pull requests, and even individual commits that went into the sprint.
We offer a free trial if you want to check it out!

Hi @Katherine Lord ~ do these teams have separate sprint cadences or are they together? If separate, you can create separate boards (by team) in a single project which would then allow for separate sprint/burndown reporting....

Hello @Katherine Lord
Welcome to the community.
No, that is not a natively available feature.
You might be able to get something like that with a third party reporting app, though I don't know of one that would specifically provide that type of functionality. You can search for such apps in the Atlassian Marketplace.
