Um Sprint pode ser exibido em mais de um quadro. E não há restrição para adicionar problemas de um quadro separado em um Sprint. Além disso, o Jira não exige que os nomes dos Sprint sejam exclusivos, portanto, uma equipe pode ter adicionado problemas a um Sprint com um nome não específico (ou seja, Sprint 47) pensando que era o sprint de sua própria equipe quando a ação do sprint pertence a outra equipe.
O que provavelmente está acontecendo é que duas equipes têm problemas no mesmo sprint, e o único sprint está sendo exibido nos quadros Scrum de ambas as equipes.
Um Sprint será exibido em um quadro Scrum quando uma destas condições for atendida:
1. O sprint foi criado nesse quadro, ou
2. Há um problema no sprint que está dentro do escopo do filtro do quadro Scrum.

Para evitar que as equipes usem erroneamente o mesmo sprint no futuro, certifique-se de que os nomes dos sprints identifiquem a equipe à qual pertencem.

A Sprint can display in more than one board. And there is no restriction on adding issues from a separate board into a Sprint. Additionally Jira does not require Sprint names to be unique, so one team may have added issues to a Sprint with a non-specific name (i.e. Sprint 47) thinking it was their own team sprint when action the sprint belongs to another team.
What is probably happening is that two teams have issues in the same sprint, and the one sprint is being displayed in both teams' Scrum boards.
A Sprint will display in a Scrum board when either of these conditions is met:
1. The sprint was created in that board, or
2. There is an issue in the sprint that is within the scope of the Scrum board's filter.
You can check for similar sprint names by going to the "View all issues" screen and doing a search using
sprint = <start typing the name of a sprint...>
A list of possible matching sprints will be displayed and you can review that list to see if you have multiple sprints with the same name. Using the filter
sprint=<sprint name>
...you can see if both teams have added issues to the same sprint.
To avoid teams erroneously using the same sprint in the future, make sure that the sprint names identify the team to which they belong.

This is a problem because they are different teams and the action of closing a sprint should not have an impact on another project. How can this be resolved by impacting the team's metrics?
