Sprints actifs : An error occured

Good morning,

I upgrade my Jira like this :

Jira core from 7.5.0 to 7.8.2

Jira Software from 7.5.0 to 7.8.2

Jira Service Desk from 3.8.1 to 3.11.2

Now, when I go to "Sprints actifs", I have "An error occured".

This is the problem : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-15185

If I put english, it's working.

The version 7.9.0 correct this.

Can you help up ? We close the current sprint and create a new one, the problem is the same.

Could you try to tail atlassian-jira.log, while reproducing the error and see if there is anything errors related to quick filter that shows up? and have you tried to reproduce it on a different browser?

If I check the button "recent update", I see my ticket. If I only check "My requests", it's empty. If I unckeck the two button, I have the error.

I have a starter licence for Jira Software, I can't contact the support.

Could you try using a different browser and see if you are still getting blank section at the sprint view? just to make sure that this is not a browser related issue. If yes, there is probably some server side error, you should reach out to support and also supply them with the screenshot along with a latest Support Zip from your JIRA instance for further troubleshooting: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

This can sometimes be caused by problematic scripts in the announcement banner, or third party plugins.

  • go to JIRA Administration > System > Announcement Banner, if there is any embedded script here, try removing it temporarily and see if it helps.
  • try disabling user installed plugin by enabling safe mode in JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Enter safe mode

Thank you for the quick answer.

1. The announcement banner is empty.

2. I try enabling safe mode. I don't have the error but the screen is empty, show capture.
