I upgrade my Jira like this :
Jira core from 7.5.0 to 7.8.2
Jira Software from 7.5.0 to 7.8.2
Jira Service Desk from 3.8.1 to 3.11.2
Now, when I go to "Sprints actifs", I have "An error occured".

Can you help me please ?

Could you try to tail atlassian-jira.log, while reproducing the error and see if there is anything errors related to quick filter that shows up? and have you tried to reproduce it on a different browser?

If I check the button "recent update", I see my ticket. If I only check "My requests", it's empty. If I unckeck the two button, I have the error.

Could you try using a different browser and see if you are still getting blank section at the sprint view? just to make sure that this is not a browser related issue. If yes, there is probably some server side error, you should reach out to support and also supply them with the screenshot along with a latest Support Zip from your JIRA instance for further troubleshooting: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

1. The announcement banner is empty.
2. I try enabling safe mode. I don't have the error but the screen is empty, show capture.
What doing to resolve the issue ?
