Sprints permission

Hello everyone, I have been struggling for weeks to give our product owners the right permissions to create, edit and finish sprints. I have given them product admin rights which is not ideal at al.

I have made a group named "ManageSprints" that has permissions to fully own sprints however it still doesn't work. I am at a loss

Hi @Furkan, to manage the sprints, the user should have admin permission on the project and on the particular scrum board. If the board is fetching issues from more than one project then user should have permission on the other projects as well.

Hi @Furkan

As you made a group of users, is this group given a role on the project or has the group been granted permissions directly in the user permission scheme on the project?

If the last is done, the would need at least the following permissions:

  • Browse
  • Manage Sprint

Hi @Furkan , is this a Company managed project? If so did you add the group to the permission for Manage sprints?
