We just migrated to cloud and I'm playing around with the new project-level roadmaps and comparing them to what we use Advanced Roadmaps for. It appears that project roadmaps are using/setting the "Start date" and "Due date" fields while our Advanced Roadmaps uses "Target start" and "Target end". I know I can change the date fields in Advanced Roadmaps but since we've been using that for a while and people are used to using those fields. Is there any way to change the fields the project roadmaps use?

Hi @Kathy Barton ,

Unfortunately it's not possible to change the date fields used by Roadmaps. When you create an Advanced Roadmap plan on Cloud we changed the default fields from being "Target Start" / "Target End" (as they were on Server) to use "Start date" and "Due Date" to be consistent with Roadmaps.

However in the case of migrating from Server to Cloud (where you have the Target Start and Target End fields set on issues) I can see how this is a challenge. We have a team working on improving the Server -> Cloud migration tooling for Advanced Roadmaps and I'll bring this up with them.

Regards,
Dave
