Hello All,

It has been evident that some of Epic start/end date is getting unassigned and showing blank. However in the same project most of Epic has correct start/end date.

We are using Bigpicture as a plugin. Does it has impact on start/end on Epic level...

In Jira, open one of the Epics that has blank start/end dates, and then inspect the information in the "History" and/or "Activity" tabs. Look for changes to those date fields, and see if you can identify who or what is changing them. There are lots of possible things that could cause it:

  • Bulk changes
  • Apps
  • Jira automation rules
  • Integrations / API calls

Identifying "who" is changing those fields is a good first start to tracking it down.

This is being updated by BigPicture due to syn start/end date between JIRA/Big Picture.

Shall I need to reset tasks scheduling from "auto" to manual in Bigpicture. What action is required to do so.
