I would like to know if it is possible to configure an automation rule, so that when the backlog status ticket becomes in progress, the timer in the "Timesheet Tracking for Jira" application starts to count the time worked on the activity.
I configured a rule, follow the image, but it is wrong. I don't know if it's possible to do it the way I thought.

That appears to be a marketplace addon / app and not a built-in Jira feature.
If so, I recommend first looking at the vendor's documentation to determine if automated start is possible. If it is, then check if a custom field or a REST API call is used to start it. In either case, an automation rule might be able to do it.
