Starting TONIGHT we are migrating from Cloud to Server - How do I make the Cloud ver Read only.  I came across this article - but this is at the user level.  I need to do this at the system level so no one can write access to the system starting tonight, but it is still available to review and read.

You can't do this, other than by changing every single project to a read-only permission scheme.
