Hi All

I am a ServiceNow developer and very much keen to learn about Jira. I am very new to Jira and have no idea how the thing working here. I just read about it and using it for one of my projects. I want to learn more about it. So, What should be the starting point? What is the architecture of Jira? How to configure and what to configure? How I can integrate this to servicenow?

Hi @harsh chhajer ,

I can recommend you to check our Knowledge Hub where you will find a lot of useful links related to Jira:

  • Atlassian online courses
  • How-to blog posts
  • An up-to-date list of Jira books from Amazon written by Atlassian experts (Patrick Li, for example)

You may also browse YouTube and watch Atlassian webinars and talks related to Jira.

Hello @harsh chhajer

You can start with Atlassian documentation, part by part, might be a lot to take in at first, but the community is here to help :D

https://support.atlassian.com/products/

All products

https://confluence.atlassian.com/alldoc/atlassian-documentation-32243719.html

Specifically Jira Software

https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/getting-started/basics#step-3-set-up-your-board

If you come across something you don't understand you can search community or ask directly.

Also, there is also a youtube channel from Atlassian lot of great videos
