Hi Uwe,

What specific statistics are you looking for?  In Confluence, there is a usage statistics plugin that the support staff can enable for you - just need to open a request at https://support.atlassian.com.

For JIRA, we now have an audit trail - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Auditing+in+JIRA.
