My ticket status still is "waiting for support" after we respond to customer and not change the status to "waiting for customer", anyone can help us to solve it?

Have you transitioned it to another status? Do you have a script that automatically transition the ticket when you respsond to the ticket? If yes, have you checked if that automated part failed and check the logs for any clues?
