Stop all emails from jira or delete my account

Hello

I was in a project using Jira. I am no longer in that project, but i keep getting spammed with notifications of tasks changing. I want to stop all emails from JIRA - how do i do this?

If thats not possible, i want my account deleted - but i can't figure out how to do this.

Hi Troels,

Contact your JIRA Administrator of your JIRA instance requesting them to remove you from the project. You may be mapped as the resource to that project. Once your nameis unmapped from the project, You will not receive any email notifications. Hope this helps.

But i¨m not with that client anymore and have no contact with the adminitrator. Pleeeeaaase just delete my account!
