We have a service account thats linked to a monitoring email. However, this account is also used for several automations in our Jira environment. Is there any way in Jira to either A: Stop emails from going out to that 1 specific user, or B: Stop that one specific user from being added as watcher?

unfortunately, you can't stop email for a specific user. You can change user email and make it invalid.

The user in question is the buildt inn "Jira Servicedesk Owner" account. Will it cause any issued with licensing ect if I change the email for that user inside Jira?
