Storage issue

We are using Jira Cloud standard version with 250 GB storage.

I am seeing a announcement banner at top now that states " Your site is over the 250 GB storage limit".

What happens now??

Can't we add attachments??

What are the suggestions

The only way to increase your storage is to upgrade your plan.

I have tested now and I am able to add the attachments also.

What are the problems i might get after exceeding storage limit

Storage limits are not currently enforced.

If your Jira products exceed their plan's storage limit, atlassian won’t cancel your subscriptions or remove any data, as long as usage is in accordance with acceptable use policy.
