Hi all,
I wonder about the unequal storage load between work management (800 users / 6 GB) and software (40 users / 150 GB).
Do attachments from Work Management occupy the software storage?
Which components do occupy which memory?
Do exported and deleted data unload the storage?
Do I have a way to analyze what is occupying the storage space?
Hi @Anette Noll , I don't know that I have a full answer for you on this. However, attachments, indeed, do count toward storage. In fact, they are often the largest contributor. I would assume deleting attachments would reduce the storage. I would suggest looking at your Jira software instance to understand what's driving 150 GB. The number of users does not really equate to storage. Obviously one might deduce that the more users there are, then there will be more activity consuming storage. I would look at the number of issues and projects that exist as this is a better measure. However, issues and projects themselves don't take up a lot of storage. Again, one of the biggest culprits is attachments.
