When we change a story to ‘Done’ , but we need to reopen it, it remains striked through in our KANBAN board or backlog.
We suspect it is because the ‘resolution’ field is ‘Resolved’ , but we cannot update it manually.
Is there a solution for this issue ?
You are correct in you suspicion.
The simplest solution is to edit you workflow, find the transition user do reopening an issue and add a post-function.
You the post-function "update issue field", select the field "Resolution" and the option "None"
