I have a user, and i have set the standard capacity to 2hr per day. I'm using the Activity Timeline plugin - where I've set story points to equal 2 hours. When I assign the user a task and mark 1 story point for the task, the planner view says I have used 40% of their capacity; surely it should be 100% ? is this a bug or am I missing something ? thanks for any help you can offer.
I would reach out to the vendors support and see if there is a configuration setting that you need to change or if there is something else that you need to do in the application to rectify the issue.
