Story Points in a Jira Dashboar

Hi all, my apologies, I am a noob with Jira.  I am trying to get a dashboard gadget in the Jira cloud solution to display the total number of storypoints, by label in a pie chart.  Is there anyway to do that without a commercial plugin?  Thanks in advance

May i can suggest this workaround,

Try Automation something as below -->

when a story point field is modified , an trigger can update a newly created custom field value.

You can use this newly created custom field for pie charts.

@Mark O'Brien not sure there is a way to do it on a Pie Chart without using a plugin.
