Story Points: summing related issues at the Story the next hierarchical level

Hierarchy being suggested is:

Epic/Feature (custom) / Story / Sub-task /Task (ancillary work)

We have story points of sub-tasks summed at the Parent Story level.

How could one sum the story points at the new level "Feature"? 

Or should we opt to have Tasks be the work increments for the Story; how could those stories points get summed at the Story?

You can refer to this video tutorial for a few automation rules that will help you sump up to any hierarchical level. Link: https://youtu.be/PROcxEOMyGM 

Instead of branching to a "Parent Epic", you will have to branch out to a "linked issue" with the corresponding link relationship.
