Story not showing the subtasks current state

Hello,

We have 6 swim lanes(To Do --> In Progress --> Ready for QA --> In QA --> Done).

our scrum team, creates subtask for each story. once the subtask is moved from To Do to In Progress OR In Progress to Ready for QA, the story status does not reflect the current subtask status. Although the Subtask is in Ready for QA but the Story status still shows as To Do or In Progress.

Is this something which anyone has experienced. If yes, how to resolve the issue.

Thanks

Hello,

By default subtask statuses do not depend on story statuses and vice versa. You would need to use an add-on to make statuses of sotries and subtasks be dependent on each other.

Thanks Alexey. What add-on to use and also is there a cost associated with the add-on.
